    Intercom is a Client Relationship Management(CRM) Tool that can be used by any website to facilitate its users with instant assistance and support. It manages the information gathered from each user looking for help on the website so that no client’s issue is left unaddressed. It can be used for sending both online and offline response. As a result of difference in time-zone, it is possible for Picovico users from around the world to reach out to us anytime with their query. Therefore, to provide required assistance to each of these users, we have opted for a reliable solution of Intercom that facilitates us with the service to acquire user queries whenever the support agents are offline.
