- Picovico is created by ContentPi International Pvt. Ltd. and is intended to be used as a tool to create slideshow videos on your device. At Picovico, we respect the privacy of each of our users of the Android app, web platform and any other form of services provided by us at times (“Service”). In this document we refer to ContentPi International Pvt. Ltd. as “Picovico”, “us”, “we” or “our” and we refer you as “you” or “your”.

Intercom is a Client Relationship Management(CRM) Tool that can be used by any website to facilitate its users with instant assistance and support. It manages the information gathered from each user looking for help on the website so that no client’s issue is left unaddressed. It can be used for sending both online and offline response. As a result of difference in time-zone, it is possible for Picovico users from around the world to reach out to us anytime with their query. Therefore, to provide required assistance to each of these users, we have opted for a reliable solution of Intercom that facilitates us with the service to acquire user queries whenever the support agents are offline. We have been using Intercom to collect the user information like name and email by sending automated reply messages.
What we do with the information we gather?
We require these Personal information to understand your behavior and needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

Example- Google Analytics helps us analyze your behavior on our websites and therefore may temporarily store these personal information during the course of our use of such service.
How long we store your information and how we deal with it’s Security?
